"I'll be honest that I was a little skeptical of the five star rating, before my first appointment. Usually, either the doctor is good or the staff is good but not both. I got there and was immediately greeted by a cheerful staff. My heart suck because that meant to the doctor was not going to be good. But, I was totally wrong! Dr. Chan walked in and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. He knew so much about me and my condition due to actually reading the medical history sent over from my primary care physician. I couldn't believe that he read over it! I've been to so many doctors who ask me questions that I filled out in the new patient packet; it's frustrating. But not Dr. Chan! I felt that I was in good hands! Months later, I still feel like I'm going in the right direction with out plan of treatment for my chronic condition.
